Terms of Service | Rolework

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Rolework's specialized job board network, including recruiter accounts, job posting workflows, candidate-facing pages, and related platform services. By accessing or using a Rolework-powered job board, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Overview of Services

Rolework operates specialized job boards that allow employers, recruiters, and other authorized organizations to publish job advertisements, manage postings, receive applications or application clicks, and use related account, billing, and communication tools. Public visitors may browse jobs, create alerts, and interact with public-facing content and forms.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform lawfully, accurately, and in good faith. You must not publish content that is misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful to candidates, recruiters, Rolework, or third parties.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account data, billing data, and job-related content you submit.
You must keep login credentials confidential and notify Rolework promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must comply with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and marketing laws in the jurisdictions relevant to your use of the platform.

3. Job Postings and Published Content

Recruiters and employers are responsible for the content of their job advertisements, company information, and any external application destinations they provide. Rolework may review, refuse, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or platform quality standards.

Paid placement or featured visibility may affect how a posting is displayed.
Expired postings may be removed from the public frontend while remaining visible in internal dashboards.
Rolework may adjust presentation, categorization, formatting, or layout to improve clarity and consistency across the network.

4. Recruiter Accounts and Access

Certain platform features require an account. Recruiter access is provided through email and password authentication. Account access is limited to authorized users acting for their organization.

You may not share accounts in a way that compromises security, impersonate another person or organization, or attempt to access tenants, data, or administrative areas you are not authorized to use.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Some services require payment before publication or renewal. Rolework may offer card payments processed by Stripe and may also support bank transfer or invoice-based workflows depending on the board and order type.

Published pricing, invoice terms, and order conditions apply at the time of purchase.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially when a posting is removed before or shortly after publication because of an error, duplicate order, or policy issue.
Rolework may suspend unpaid services, reverse publication status, or restrict access to billing-dependent features where payment remains outstanding.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You retain rights to the logos, trademarks, job descriptions, and other materials you submit, to the extent you own or control them. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Rolework the rights needed to host, display, format, distribute, and promote that content as part of operating and marketing the relevant job board.

Rolework retains all rights in the platform itself, including its software, design system, branding elements, editorial content, analytics presentation, and related materials, except where otherwise stated.

7. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

Rolework may monitor platform usage and may suspend, limit, or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, respond to complaints, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Rolework may disable or remove postings that violate these terms or create legal, operational, or reputational risk.
Users may request account closure, subject to any legal retention obligations and unresolved billing matters.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rolework does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, candidate fit, hiring outcomes, application quality, or business results from use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolework is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses, nor for disputes between recruiters, candidates, employers, agencies, or other third parties arising from recruitment activity, applications, interviews, offers, or employment relationships.

9. Privacy, Cookies, and Platform Data

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Rolework uses essential cookies and related technologies to support authentication, tenant isolation, security, and certain product analytics. By using the platform, you acknowledge those practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Services or Terms

Rolework may update the platform, pricing, workflows, or these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the relevant board unless a later date is stated.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law designated in the applicable customer agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, by the law reasonably connected to the Rolework entity operating the service. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts designated by applicable law and contract.
