Rolework uses personal data to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the platform and to deliver the services requested by customers and users.

In those cases, the employer, recruiter, or external application provider may act as an independent controller of candidate data once the candidate leaves the Rolework-controlled experience or submits information directly to that party.
